About ALPS

ALPS is a Managing Agent firm, incorporated on 20 September 2017. We provide professional property management services to strata developments, such as residential, industrial and/or commercial buildings. Our services include facilities management to the common areas, financial reporting, administrative services, owner/tenant relations and other services that the development requires.
With a team of young, creative, dynamic and dedicated professionals, we strive to collaborate with our clients and other stakeholders to improve lives in their strata development by continuously elevating property management standards. We provide advice and notification of updates to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and Land Titles (Strata) Act (LTSA) to clients.
For mature developments, we propose upgrading plans to facilities and develop maintenance schedule to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment in the estate to ensure its optimum functionality and efficiency.
For new developments, we work with the developer and the main contractor to rectify defects in the apartment and prepare handing over package to new buyers before Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) is obtained. Submission of proposed maintenance charges to the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) and drawing up of house rules form part of our service as well. Upon granting of TOP, we hand over the keys of the apartment to new purchasers and follow through with co-ordinating the defects management alongside our property management service.
